- Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes related to the roles you post.
- Not sell, redistribute, or misuse candidate information outside your organization or beyond the scope of hiring.
- Not post misleading roles, fake jobs, MLM schemes, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or illegal.
We do not guarantee any number of applications, hires, or specific candidate quality.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data.

We may monitor usage and take action (including suspension or legal steps) if we believe these rules are being violated.
7. Content and intellectual property
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (profile, jobs, messages), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share it as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your profile to employers or your job posts to candidates).
You confirm that you have the right to share any content you upload (e.g., logos, portfolio links, documents).
Our content
The Service, including the design, logo, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content or branding without written permission.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may be offered as paid plans (for example, Pro or Premium for job seekers, or employer subscriptions).
Prices, features, and billing cycles will be shown at the time of purchase on the pricing/subscription page.
By subscribing, you authorize our payment partner to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings; cancellations typically apply from the next billing cycle and do not automatically grant refunds unless required by law or our specific refund policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate or interact with third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics, or communication tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or content.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy for Job Seekers and Privacy Policy for Employers, which describe how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Please read those documents carefully.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis:
- We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always secure.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes such as job offers, interviews, hires, or business results.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the preceding 3 months, or a reasonable minimum where no payments were made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies.
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or security risk.
- We decide to discontinue part or all of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time via your settings or by contacting support. Certain sections (e.g., payments due, IP, limitations of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date.
- Where required or appropriate, we will notify you via the app or email before significant changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
